I love that top one with the black briolette (not sure that is the correct word! - or is that a type of kebab??!!!)
Ok - the kebab word is brochette so I guess briolette is OK!!!! I made mahi-mahi and citurs brochettes the other night - but I guess if they got a bit tough, they could be briolettes!
